Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the organization to ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and strong cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with internal teams to manage reports, schedules, processes, and operational data while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities to support business efficiency and accuracy. * Prepare, maintain, and track operational reports, spreadsheets, and documentation across systems. * Support scheduling, planning, and coordination efforts across departments and stakeholders. * Assist with audits, data validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, responding to requests and resolving operational issues. * Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and assisting with workflow enhancements. * Maintain organized records related to operations, vendors, projects, and internal processes. Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with reporting tools preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
