About the Position

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Waltham, MA . As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicated healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 per hour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
• Generous Paid Time Off: Five weeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME Support: Three paid CME days annually, with additional CME support provided.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
