Position Highlights
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
- No nighttime or in-person call responsibilities
- Collaborative cardiology practice with experienced physician and APP support
- General cardiology focus including stress testing, treadmill testing, and echocardiography
- Opportunity to grow patient volumes and increase productivity earnings
- Collegial, physician-friendly environment with strong leadership support
- 25-bed critical access hospital serving Central Washington
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $526K - $598K
- Productivity bonus opportunity based on wRVUs
- Relocation assistance up to $20K
- Student loan repayment up to $90K over 5 years
- Full benefits package including PTO, retirement, health, dental, and vision
- CME allowance: $5K annually
