Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop or advance clinical expertise in pelvic health within a supportive, structured, and growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care and interested in expanding into pelvic floor therapy. Prior pelvic health experience is not required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Treat conditions including: Pelvic pain, Urinary and fecal incontinence, Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions, Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Perform internal and external pelvic floor assessments (training provided if needed)
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Experience in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Interest in pelvic health (experience is a plus but not required)
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
