Job Description

Job Summary:
As a CT Radiology Technologist, you will perform specialized imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will operate advanced CT equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD units to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and ensuring proper positioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain radiation safety standards during imaging.
• Document procedures accurately in the Meditech system and communicate findings as needed.
• Adhere to departmental policies, including call rotation and holiday coverage.
• Maintain equipment functionality through routine checks and report any technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS certification.
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification is required.
• Valid SCRQSA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of X-ray and CT experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
