About the Role Beautiful design fails if the words don't resonate. At AM Digital Designs, we recognize that content architecture is the backbone of a successful digital presence. We are seeking a versatile Content Strategist who can seamlessly shift between high-level brand messaging, persuasive website copywriting, and snappy social media ad text. You will craft the narratives that connect our clients to their multicultural audiences. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: Develop Brand Voice: Create comprehensive tone-of-voice guidelines, brand manifestos, and core messaging pillars for new clients during the onboarding phase. Write Conversion-Driven Copy: Draft high-converting website copy, landing pages, and email nurture sequences, ensuring all text is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience. Build Content Architecture: Plan the sitemap and information hierarchy for digital products before the UI/UX team begins wireframing, ensuring content dictates design, not the other way around. Ad & Social Copywriting: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to write punchy, engaging captions and ad copy for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns. Here’s what we’re looking for: 3–5+ years of professional copywriting, content strategy, or UX writing experience in a digital agency or tech setting. A robust portfolio showing a dynamic range of long-form (websites/blogs) and short-form (ads/social) writing samples. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and how to write for web accessibility. The ability to synthesize complex client offerings into simple, compelling, and human-sounding value propositions. Fluency in bilingual copywriting (English/Spanish) is an enormous advantage for our specific market demographics. Bonus points if you have: Experience using Figma to place copy directly into design mockups. A background in journalism or editorial content. $70,000–$90,000/yr base salary (or $40–$50/hr on a 1099 contract basis for the first 90 days), plus comprehensive health benefits, flexible hybrid scheduling, and a creative, autonomous work environment.
