The role focuses on teaching classes to children aged 4 months through 12 years in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Introduce children to the fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s learning environment. Teach classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each child in every class. Maintain engagement each week, ensuring children feel confident after each session. Qualifications Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with children and parents. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to keep children moving and engaged. Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
