We're hiring a General Manager to own our Osage Beach operation — the lakefront market where custom homes, contractors, and homeowners expect things done right. This is not a caretaker role. What you'll own Full P&L responsibility for the Osage Beach location — revenue, margin, expenses, and results The team — hiring, developing, and leading operations, installation, and support staff Builder and contractor relationships — growing repeat business with the trades that drive this market Operations — scheduling, inventory, deliveries, and installations that hit deadlines, every time Problem-solving — custom and complex projects are our specialty; you'll be the one who figures out how to say "yes" profitably Growth initiatives — working directly with ownership on the projects that take us to the next level and beyond How you'll be rewarded Base salary of $65,000–$85,000 , depending on experience Performance bonus tied to location profitability and growth — as the business grows, so does your compensation A compensation plan designed to scale with the role , reviewed as the location hits growth milestones A path toward equity — for the right person who proves they can build this business, future ownership percentage is on the table.
