Launch Manager

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Launch Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities supporting manufacturing readiness for commercial and clinical cell therapy launches. The role develops integrated launch plans, tracks milestones, and facilitates communication across global matrix teams to advance operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support manufacturing readiness timelines for assigned launches
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed launch plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items using SmartLaunch
• Plan and facilitate meetings with clear agendas, minutes, decisions, and documented follow-ups
• Identify, assess, and escalate launch risks and issues; support mitigation planning while maintaining schedule and quality alignment
• Initiate and coordinate global launch change control processes and support operational excellence through standard practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business, or related field
• 2–4 years of project or program management experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating complex projects, launches, or technology transfers; cell therapy experience preferred
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle and regulated environments
• Proficiency with project management tools; OnePlan and SmartLaunch experience a plus
• Project management certification preferred

Compensation: Devens, MA: $114,880–$139,205; Madison/New Brunswick/Princeton, NJ: $107,360–$130,099; Seattle, WA: $118,100–$143,108
