This is a consultative sale to engineering and procurement leaders deciding whether to own a function internally or hand it to a partner — longer cycles, larger engagements, and relationships that compound year over year rather than resetting. What We're Looking For A self-motivated seller with a background in account management or workforce solutions sales, the judgment to advise clients, and the appetite to mentor others as the team grows. A proven record in sales or account management within managed services or technology workforce solutions An entrepreneurial instinct and the confidence to advise clients and shape solutions around what they actually need A relationship-first approach to business development, with real listening and negotiation skills Comfort working a multi-stakeholder pipeline that doesn't close in thirty days Integrity, accountability, and a competitive drive Clear communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working across teams Key Responsibilities Grow revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business across existing and new accounts Own the full sales cycle — prospecting through close, program kickoff, and post-sale follow-through Build durable relationships with client stakeholders across engineering, HR, and procurement Navigate MSA, vendor onboarding, and procurement requirements without losing deal momentum Partner with recruiting and delivery teams so execution matches what you sold Attend quarterly client reviews and industry events to deepen relationships and stay current Keep activity, forecasts, and client interactions current in the CRM Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of success in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Business Development role Experience selling managed services, RPO, or technology workforce solutions is required Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships Proficient with Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Preferred Background selling into hardware, device, or consumer electronics engineering organizations Experience mentoring or developing junior sellers Location & Working Hours Fully remote, with availability during standard Pacific business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT). Candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or Southern California are strongly preferred. Hybrid available for candidates near our San Jose office. Approximately 5-10% travel for client meetings and industry events.
