What We Offer: Competitive pay with monthly bonuses and annual raises Paid holidays plus generous PTO (0–4 years: 120 hours, 5+ years: 160 hours) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Stable company with opportunities for career growth What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED Previous maintenance experience (multifamily strongly preferred) EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building maintenance Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation Basic hand tools and reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What You'll Do: Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Perform preventive maintenance and property inspectionsMaintain the grounds, buildings, and community amenities Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Follow all safety policies and company procedures Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside-Properties,-In
