The Opportunity:A Business Analyst is an expert responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. The analyst operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.What You’ll Work On:Provide senior program and project management support, including assisting with developing strategic plans, policies , SOPs, and organizational performance met rics.Lead process improvement and modernization efforts, applying met hodologies such as Six Sigma and ITIL, to enhance governance, optimize business functions, and improve GEOINT- related capabilities.Develop and deliver executive‑level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans to inform senior leadership decisions.Drive data‑focused analysis and technical solutions, including mentoring teams, supporting Tableau and other visualization tools, maintaining SharePoint and web environments, and addressing UI functionality needs.Lead organizational e nga gement, facilitating meetings and data‑ related working groups, representing the directorate to IC and DoD partners, and providing actionable insights through met rics analysis and performance assessments.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
