Orlando, FL | 40 Hours/Week | $18/Hour + Benefits
At Absolute Best Plumbing , we believe customer service is the front line of our reputation. We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative to help us deliver the 5-star experience our customers expect.
Your Role
Provide exceptional phone and front-desk support
Schedule jobs and manage workflows using Housecall Pro
Dispatch technicians strategically to maximize efficiency
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Keep accurate job notes and customer information
Work from our office in a team-centered environment
What You Bring
Excellent customer communication skills
Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software
Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Prior CSR or dispatch experience (preferred)
