Scope of Services:

• Translate business needs into requirements for a technical audience, including creating user stories, synthesizing use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting feature overviews
• Work within a cross-functional team to ensure the solutions meets business and customer needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and supporting documentation
• Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation
• Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Participate in and support interactions with clients to collect business requirements and drive product adoption
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional and technical designs
• Serve as a point of contact for product feature clarification and internal consulting
• Support stakeholders in defining business objectives and value to effectively prioritize the product backlog

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems and workflow development projects

• Ability to facilitate JAD sessions and one-on-one meetings with User(s), work independently on strategic issues with stakeholders, effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
• Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans and facilitates testing according to plan in support of UAT
