The role focuses on animal rehabilitation and sports medicine, providing high‑quality care, advancing patient outcomes, and fostering excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and adjust individualized multimodal treatment plans for optimal recovery and performance. Perform and oversee therapy modalities, such as laser therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic ultrasound, and other rehabilitation techniques. Educate clients regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive care strategies. Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with practice management on key performance indicators and business development. Mentor support staff and contribute to in‑house training programs. Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to grow the practice. Skills and Qualifications DVM license in the current state. Required certifications : DACVSMR, CCRP, CCRT, CCAT, CCRV, VMRT, or CRPM. Strongly preferred certifications : CVPP, CVSMT, CVA/CVAT. Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum two years’ experience in rehabilitation or sports medicine (preferred). Expertise in veterinary diagnostics and rehabilitative therapies. Exceptional communication skills and client relationship management. Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability to changing clinical needs and evolving practices. Passion for animal care and commitment to their wellbeing. Compensation $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and certifications. Our Practice Open Monday‑Friday, weekday‑only schedule. Part of a VROMP network of five locations dedicated to veterinary rehabilitation.
