Cheshire Medical Center Nephrology Staff Physician Position Summary Cheshire Medical Center, a leading member of the Dartmouth Health system, seeks a Nephrologist to join its growing program in Keene. The role focuses on inpatient consults, outpatient care, dialysis oversight, with a special interest in CVVH/CRRT expertise. Responsibilities Provide inpatient nephrology consults. Manage outpatient nephrology services. Oversee dialysis care and dialysis center operations. Participate in a 1:4 call schedule. Potential teaching opportunities within a new Family Medicine residency. Position Includes Balanced work-life schedule. Rounding at a dialysis center approximately 10-12 minutes from the main campus.
