Mental Health WorkerThe Emergency Department provides care to all populations, from newborns through geriatrics. Specialty services include a Level II Trauma Center and Centers of Excellence for Heart & Vascular and Stroke care.This is a 96-bed Emergency Center averaging approximately 300 patient visits per day. Team members receive a comprehensive orientation, including an Emergency Center–focused immersion program to support success in this fast-paced environment.We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong compassion for delivering quality patient care, and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment. A collaborative mindset and passion for teamwork are essential. This role also helps maintain a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit, working under the direction of the staff nurse and within the scope of defined practice.Qualifications:Completion of Mental health Certificate program, 2 years college with major in Behavioral Science, or 4 years equivalent work experience in a behavioral health setting.
