SouthFork Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to provide exceptional front-office support across our Plano, Irving, or Frisco locations. This full-time position is crucial in managing patient scheduling, communications, and creating a positive patient experience.
We are a family-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care with a personal touch. Our supportive team prioritizes a professional yet welcoming atmosphere where each patient feels valued.

Requirements
Previous dental reception or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Basic computer proficiency
Job Description
Greet and check in patients courteously
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Manage patient records and update information
Handle billing and insurance verifications
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Coordinate communications between patients and clinical staff
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Shift & Schedule
Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
Sunday: Closed
