Responsibilities Grooming with love and care for pets of various ages, sizes, and needs (nail clipping, hand scissor techniques, removing matting, coloring, large breed management). Work with a team of professional groomers and assist in training others who may need help refining grooming skills. Support pets’ health and well-being through quality grooming and adherence to safety standards. Build relationships with clients and the local community; provide a positive grooming experience. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience grooming pets independently in a professional environment. Compensation & Benefits On average, full-time groomers can expect to earn $1000 to $2500 per week, depending on days worked. This includes 50% commission and withheld tips. We pay for all sharpening, offer a medical insurance plan, and Christmas and signing bonuses. Flexible schedule; sign-on bonus for qualified groomers.
