Production Planner

PRODUCTION CONTROL PLANNER Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an experienced Production Control Planner in Georgia. In this role, you will support production operations by coordinating production plans, monitoring raw materials and inventory. IN A PRODUCTION CONTROL PLANNER JOB, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Maintaining reports and databases for raw materials and production supplies, including resins, pallets, cores, and other direct materials. Reserving materials in IFS and preparing production order packages and shop orders. Supporting warehouse management with purchase order requests. Maintaining RMA reports and other production-related tracking documents. Organizing reports and trackers for customer complaints, special requests, and production issues. Monitoring inventory levels and preparing supply-on-hand and needs reports. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, production planning, or related environment preferred. Experience working with an ERP system; experience with IFS is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to develop and monitor production planning measurements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working in a plant environment that may include dust, noise, and chemicals. PERKS: 1st shift: 8am-4:30pm Pay Rate: $18.69/hr.
