You will work alongside an experienced Ophthalmologist, gaining valuable mentorship in new technologies and advanced clinical techniques while delivering a high level of patient care. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including routine and medical eye care. Diagnose, treat, and manage a full range of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various eye conditions. Co-manage pre- and post-operative surgical patients. Educate patients on their eye health, preventative care, and treatment options. Collaborate with our expert Optician to ensure patients receive top-tier eyewear solutions from our boutique optical. Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice optometry in West Virginia. A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and technologically advanced practice. Both established Optometrists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
