Providence Medical Group Womens Services in Everett, Washington is looking for a surgical physician assistant to join its OB-GYN surgery team. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working with multiple physicians in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Being flexible to change, having a willingness to learn, excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills are also highly desired. • Patient management will include gynecological surgery, minimally invasive/laparoscopic and robotic surgery
\n
• Experience is preferred
\n
• Perform patient histories and physical exams in the office and hospital setting: new patients, follow ups, pre/post ops, consults
\n
• Handle daily patient rounds, inpatient/outpatient education, daily documentation, and discharge summaries
\n
• Order and interpret appropriate medications and diagnostic tests such as routine laboratory, x-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, etc.

• Monitor and manage patients' course of treatment and make/coordinate appropriate referrals as needed
\n
• Monday to Friday schedule
\n
• No call
\n
• Compensation is between $135,890 and $180,253 per year
\n
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
