Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Civil Engineering Manager to join our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of land development expertise, combined with strong project management and business development skills. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects, mentor technical teams, and contribute to the firm’s continued expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee land development projects from design through construction
  
  
• Manage project budgets, schedules, client communications, and quality control
  
  
• Develop business opportunities and strengthen client relationships within the region
  
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
  
  
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
  
  
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
  
  
• Proven project management experience with a successful track record
  
  
• Strong business development skills and client-facing experience
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
