You will bridge the gap between our Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring that human feedback for cutting-edge French AI models is not only accurate but world-class. The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop

* Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement. * Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines. * Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands-on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of French dialects and AI safety. * Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program. * Strategic Insights: Spot high-level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines.

Project Details

* Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee * Hours: 40 hours/week * Location: Washington State (On-Site: Redmond, Seattle, or Bellevue) * Pay Rate: 38 $ (per hour)

What We're Looking For

* Experience: 2-4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows. * Linguistic Mastery: Professional-level proficiency in French and a University Degree (Bachelor's or higher). * English Fluency: B2 level or superior English to handle stakeholder syncs and technical reporting. * Leadership Instincts: Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others; you know how to coach without micromanaging. * Detail Obsession: A high bar for quality and the ability to stay consistent while guidelines shift in real-time. * Safety Mindset: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven evaluation in a GenAI context.
