Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Make a Real Impact Every Day
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help patients of all ages improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities. If you're passionate about restoring independence and giving patients their voice back, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support patients with stuttering, aphasia, dysphagia, and voice disorders
- Teach communication strategies and therapy exercises to patients and families
- Participate in care meetings (IEPs, team conferences, progress reviews)
- Document progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

Requirements
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License
- 1 year of rehab experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Vital-Stim certification preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
