Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Locums - Morgantown, West Virginia, NP/PA Cardiology (Electrophysiology) Opening

Start Date: July 27th
Contract Length: 3 months (maternity leave)

Shift Details:

• Full-time 7am - 5pm
• Monday - Friday

Coverage / Workload:

• Full-time weekday coverage (Mon-Fri)
• Approximately 20 consults per day
• Approximately 6 outpatient procedures per day
• Patient population: all ages
• Department: Level IV Trauma Center
• Practice Setting: Hospital

Support Staff:

• 3 ER physicians available for support

EMR: Cerner
Hospital Bed Size: 189

Special Procedures / Responsibilities:

• Assisting with consults and consents
• MRI device programming
• Tilt table testing
• Day-to-day electrophysiology support work in inpatient/outpatient hospital setting

Requirements:

• Board Certification Required
• Active West Virginia license required
• Willing to license
• DEA required
• BLS and ACLS required
