Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Role Overview: Provides direct nursing care in critical settings, performing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Ensures safe, evidence-based practice tailored to patient age and acuity, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze patient data to inform care decisions. Develop individualized care plans with achievable outcomes. Implement strategies promoting patient safety and comfort. Evaluate progress, adjusting care as needed. Maintain current knowledge, contribute to quality improvement, and communicate effective with team members. Apply evidence-based practices and clinical judgment in patient care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting, and patient mobility tasks.
