If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a thriving environment, we want to hear from you!Essential Job Functions:Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time framesInspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.Other duties as assigned.Anticipated salary range: $20.00-$21.00 per hourAnnual Performance BonusThis position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime payThis range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
