Conduct engaging tours of our luxury apartment communities. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of living in our properties. Assist with the application process, ensuring all documentation is gathered accurately and promptly. Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins. Utilize your upselling skills to match residents with the perfect apartment and amenities. What you bring: A strong background in customer service, ideally from a server role, demonstrating your ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling, showing your ability to promote products and services. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A professional and positive demeanor. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is required.
