Custodian/Groundskeeper OpportunityMeadow Gold Dairy in Boise, Idaho has an immediate job opening for a dependable Custodian/Groundskeeper to clean and sanitize the interior building.Meadow Gold Dairy is a part of Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. Our fingerprints touch thousands of brands across the marketplace, and we're passionate about delivering the simple pleasures of dairy from our farmer family owners to people everywhere.Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AMPay Rate: $20.00 per hour***Must have a valid current driver's license***Maintain a safe and clean internal building appearance through good housekeeping, organization, and management of walking surfacesFollow work schedules to complete all required cleaning and sanitizing, and complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job ordersPerform custodian duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, picking up debris, emptying trash cans and recycling, and general cleaning; these activities may include using equipment such as floor sweepers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and dustersMaintain all restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, and footbaths in a sanitary manner; replenish supplies and paper products in break room and restroomsMaintain inventory of cleaning and other supplies; notify appropriate contact or update supply sheet to re-order suppliesMaintain cleanliness and safety of exterior of building; maintain outdoor facilities and grounds, which may involve operating a variety of power equipment for general grounds maintenanceHandle emergency cleaning and upkeep requestsUse chemicals to sanitize and clean the facilityPerform related duties as requested by environmental health and safety (EHS), maintenance, management, or other staff members (e.g., help to coordinate and/or prepare for inspections and special events)Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) when neededFollow all safety requirements and wear proper PPEImplement all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
