Patient Services Representative – Waikoloa

Hawai‘i Island Community Health Center (HICHC) is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Services Representative to join our team, primarily in Waikoloa (training may take place in Kona).

What You’ll Do

Welcome and check in patients and visitors
Schedule and manage appointments
Collect and update patient/insurance information
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Answer phones and support daily clinic operations

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED + 6–12 months of related experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers and office systems
Team-oriented with a positive, helpful attitude
