In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and support personnel to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans. Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Strong experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Solid understanding of behavioral assessments, FBAs, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, coaching, and consultative skills
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Train and support school personnel in evidence-based strategies and data collection
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Serve as a resource for families, providing education and guidance about behavioral strategies
