Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a specialized Neuro ICU setting, focusing on complex neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. Key responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Promoting patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development. Developing and documenting personalized care plans with clear goals, communicating effectively across care teams. Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Qualifications and skills include: Active RN license. Experience in ICU is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness.
