Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch dining experiences to our guests. You will work closely with our talented culinary team to prepare and present the finest Italian dishes, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Execute the preparation and cooking of menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared with precision and consistency, maintaining high presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Chef, owners and kitchen team to plan and organize daily prep tasks, ensuring efficiency and timely service.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of ingredients, notifying the Chef or Kitchen Manager when supplies need replenishing.
- Assist with the development of new menu items and contribute creative ideas to enhance the culinary offerings.
- Uphold kitchen safety and cleanliness standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
- A solid understanding of Italian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure. 
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with the Chef, owners, kitchen & FOH teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and work under pressure during busy periods.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring Line Cooks who can handle high levels of activity while maintaining quality and efficiency.
