Key Responsibilities Execute therapeutic plans under supervision of an occupational therapist. Plan and select therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs and interests. Regularly monitor and document progress, observe changes, report observations, and adjust therapy interventions accordingly. Educate patients and families about therapy processes, adaptive equipment, and home modifications. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
