Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient
Location: Owingsville, KY
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Provide outpatient primary and chronic care.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals.
Build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using eClinicalWorks .
Participate in a light 1:12 call rotation , primarily phone-based.
Collaborate with experienced clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility.
BLS certification required.
DOT course required.
New graduates are welcome.
Strong interest in serving a rural community.
Long-term commitment and ties to the Owingsville area are strongly preferred.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
4- or 5-day workweek options
Light call: 1:12 rotation
Primarily phone-based call
No regular hospital rounds
Productivity incentive.
