We’re seeking a dedicated NP to join our collaborative healthcare team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll practice at the top of your license, working alongside physicians and clinical staff who value your clinical judgment, expertise, and voice. You’ll care for a non-emergency patient population and have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the patients and families you serve. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care, including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Deliver individualized, competent care that meets the unique needs of each patient. Educate patients and families to empower them in managing their health. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure continuity of care. Respond to urgent and emergency situations using established protocols. Participate in an on-call rotation with physician support. Stay current in your practice through continuing education and professional development. What We’re Looking For A caring, patient-focused provider with strong clinical judgment. An NP who is comfortable working independently while knowing when to collaborate. A commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and inclusive care. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing required. Current Texas RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification. Current BLS and CPR certifications. Knowledge of insurance protocols and clinical documentation standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
