Qualifications Proven high volume Used Vehicle Manager experience Ability to desk car deals Strong knowledge of procurement outside the auction Ability to engage with customers and the Sales Team Desire to grow your career to the next level of a GSM or higher Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older Compensation & Benefits The California salary pay range for this position is $140,000.00 – $220,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Appropriability, Total Used Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
