Job description
• Analyze and triage incidents.
• Manage service requests.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training assistance.
• Coordinate issue resolution across technical teams.


Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years enterprise application support experience.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 business users.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
