Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship, where you will be placed in a project assignment within a specific functional area, such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Financial Analyst, Finance Operations, Program Finance, or Pricing & Estimating. Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager.

Visibility to high-level enterprise Finance and Accounting leaders, positioning you to experience unique learning opportunities and career growth. On-the-job training, providing you with technical insights and growth in your professional capabilities.

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred. Proactive and results-driven individual. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Resourceful/problem solver. Able to quickly adapt to change.

Internships are available within our six business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, and Textron Inc. Must be geographically mobile as assignments vary based on business needs. Potential internship locations include: Fort Worth, TX; Wichita, KS; Troy, MI; Hurst, TX; Augusta, GA; Providence, RI; Wilmington, MA; Detroit, MI.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Benefits may include health insurance and prescription plan coverage, dental insurance, family building benefits, vision insurance, mental health resources, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide employees time away from work. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
