Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Location: Nebraska

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 36 hours scheduled, 24 hours guaranteed. Banner is allowed to cancel one shift.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Med/Surg nursing, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Valid Wyoming DFS and BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
