How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical objectives.
• Direct and monitor nursing staff, plan daily assignments, and manage patient care needs and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations, including resource management, complaint resolution, priority setting, and staff development.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
