We are currently hiring Charge Nurses for all shifts.
Qualifications:
Must have a current Texas RN or LVN license.
Shifts:
6AM - 2PM
2PM - 10PM
10PM - 6AM
Responsibilities:
- -Provides and oversees nursing care to assigned residents.
- -Manage CNAs on assigned hall
- -Conduct rounds on assigned hall
- -Distribute medications
- -Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
- -Identify and monitor changes of condition with residents.
- -Complete incident and accident reports.
- -Admit and discharge residents from facility in a timely fashion.
