Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized receiving area. salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify incoming products against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Accurately enter receiving information into inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Label, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and inventory teams to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
