Youable Emotional Health has openings for a qualified mental health therapist who seeks to serve the mental health needs of the community in the Twin Cities. We work with many in the community with limited opportunities to mental health services. We are seeking candidates to serve a general population of all ages.Location: RichfieldHours: Part Time (20-25 hours per week) with afternoon and evening availability.The mental health practitioner in this role will make a difference in helping clients work on their mental health goals with a variety of techniques in a private office space. We serve our community with humility and respect, taking a strengths-based perspective and seeing people as capable of being emotionally healthy.Providing therapy creates a deep personal connection to the members of the community, and our teams support each other often where different perspectives are shared and valued!Job Overview:Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clientsCoordinate care with family system and treatment team members when necessary, and document appropriatelyEngage in reflective supervision to ensure quality client care and continuous improvement of clinical services and follow through with recommendations discussed in supervisionConduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop related treatment plansProvide ongoing therapy with clientsMaintain ongoing and timely documentation of servicesKey expectations include developing effective therapeutic relationships with clients, providing individual therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and completing individualized treatment planning and interventions. An ideal candidate has cultural competency, will use evidence-based practices, will be fully engaged to learn in a collaborative team environment, and will reflect the integrity of our strengths-based perspective.Job Requirements:Master 's degree in Mental Health field (earned LGSW required for MSW candidates)Prelicensed on mental health licensure track (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)Interest in working with diverse clientsOrganizational skills to complete documentationAbility to work some evenings when clients are availableAwareness of effective therapeutic modalitiesTherapists are empowered with regular consult, training, and a supportive team environment that is culturally responsive to the challenges of the moment.Youable Emotional Health is a passionate non-profit living out its mission by making a difference in the lives of thousands of families and individuals throughout the Twin Cites metro area each year.
