Quality Coordinator

Quality Support SpecialistResponsible for supporting quality program goals by assisting with proper workload documentation as well as providing daily support to quality personnel and divisional partners.Job Description:Provide phone support of inbound calls and directing calls as necessary; communication via email.Assists in issuing stock checks to QCs at the warehouses to check inventory.Assist with applying, altering, and removing incoming plant holds as requested by divisional partners.Assist with coordination of travel and training for Branch Quality personnel as needed.Complete weekly and monthly reports for management that track quality trends, holds, overtime, etc.Minimum Job Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of prior experience in quality assurance or quality control.Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).Preferred Job Requirements:FDA regulated industry experience.Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$20.25 - $29.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
