Job Description

Utility Driver

Tolleson, AZ

Compensation Includes

• Starting Pay Rate of $21.32/hour

• Additional $1/hr shift differential pay for night shift & weekends

Available Shift

• 7am - 7pm

• 7pm - 7am

Responsibilities

• Reading, writing and basic math skills are needed for this job

• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to make minor adjustments to machines. Must be able to correctly read a ruler

• Must be able to problem-solve to make sure that minor adjustments made to machinery are correct

• Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management

• Knowledge of machinery will be needed to perform job

• Self-managing with organization and time management skills

• Must have good eyesight (no colorblindness) in order to spot flaws in color comparison, print set-up, etc. as bags or film come off the production line

• Able to properly use basic wrenches and tools

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen

• Ability to work 12 hourday and night rotating shift

• Work overtime as required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs

• Work in warm environments

• Hearing and vision ability to identify machine mechanics and work in noisy environment
