Regional Sales Manager - Midwest As a Regional Sales Manager you will play a foundational part of the company’s success. You will be responsible for leading a team by developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals. You’ll also be responsible for generating revenue by driving and managing profitable sales of our leading brands and Best Experience services. Responsibilities 35% Direct business: develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Provide feedback and advice to Customer Service, Operations, manufacturing, and accounting. Direct prospecting activities in each territory, including cold call campaigns and new customer acquisition. Prepare and approve sales budgets. 25% Manage and develop associates: hire, train, develop, and evaluate 8‑17 sales Territory Managers. Ensure they meet activity standards and conduct coaching and performance evaluation. 30% Stay current on industry trends: monitor trends and customer preferences, be informed on industry topics, and maintain knowledge of competitive pricing. 10% Manage and monitor business: ensure activities align with job description, prepare monthly business review summaries, and control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience (consumer products preferred). Minimum 3 years of sales management experience. Experience selling to independent dealer customers. Experience with custom products preferred. 30‑40% overnight travel required. Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary is expected to be $125,000+. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, up to 30% of eligible wages, per the company’s incentive compensation program.
