Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using advanced BIM tools like Revit and BIM 360. Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Prepare documentation for all project phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. Provide 3D coordination and complex modeling support for diverse architectural projects. Utilize software tools like Lumion and Enscape for visualization and presentation purposes. Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to ensure project success. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Stay updated on architectural trends, practices, and technologies to enhance project outcomes. Architect Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM modeling. Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Lumion, and Enscape for design and visualization. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet project deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of architectural concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
