• Manage inventory of embroidery supplies and materials.
• Implement best practices for safety and machine maintenance.
• Resolve any technical issues related to embroidery machinery promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in embroidery operation or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of design software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
